No. Parking is not assigned.

No. Boats and golf carts cannot be parked on property.

Maintenance

Submit through the resident portal or call the leasing office.

Yes—24/7 emergency maintenance is available.

Examples include major water leaks, electrical hazards, refrigerator not working, or HVAC failure in extreme temperatures.

Amenities & Community Features

Amenities include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and package lockers.

Amenity hours are posted onsite and in the resident portal.

No. These areas are not available to be reserved.

The pool is unheated and open year-round from 9am-sunset.

Elevators are available in select buildings. Ask the leasing office for details.

Packages & Deliveries

Packages are typically delivered to parcel lockers or to your front door.

Resident Services & Policies

Yes. Proof of renter’s insurance is required at move‑in.

No. Subleasing is not permitted.

All buildings and common areas are smoke‑free.

Crowne at Live Oak Square is in Zone B of the South Carolina Hurricane Evacuation Route. If there is a mandatory evacuation ordered, please follow the evacuation route for Zone B. Our route is Maybank Highway to River or Main Road, across the Limehouse Bridge to Highway 17, then to S.C. 64 toward Walterboro and Aiken to I-20. If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, our office will be closed and emergency maintenance will not be available. Download the SCEMD app (SC Emergency Manager) for up-to-date information and guidelines in the event of a hurricane or other severe weather.
